I’m Mike Dougherty I started working in the SRVUSD in 2000. I was lucky to find a math position at Pine Valley to begin a great career! I found myself coming to SV in 2003. I’ve taught everything middle school math has to offer. Anything ranging from remedial/consumer math to Advanced Algebra 1. I love my position of math teacher, not only do I get to interact with students on an intellectual level but teaching allows time for me to dedicate to athletic coaching. Here at SV I have the opportunity to coach many different sports. I also like to coach SV’s Math Counts team. My spare time often includes playing soccer/softball/bowling or just hanging out walking my dogs!
